Delete your account
You can do this yourself in the app.

In the app
- Open Bookr and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what goes, then confirm.
What goes
- Your name, phone number and login methods
- Your chats with shops and their assistants
- Saved shops, people you book for, notification settings and your inbox
- Upcoming bookings. They are cancelled and the shop is told.
What may stay
Past bookings stay with the shop, without your name on them. Packages you bought stay with the shop too. Clinics may have to keep medical records by law. Ask a shop about its own records.
Pending lawyer review
Whether reviews are removed or kept without your name, what clinics must keep by law, and how long deletion takes.
Cannot open the app?
Email support@usebookr.com with your Bookr phone number. We send a code to that number to check it is yours, then delete the account.
