You read the listing policy and accept it. Nothing is listed before you do, and you see how to hide your listing first.
Your shop appears in Bookr
Customers can find you, book and chat. Changes you make in BookInChat show in the app shortly after.
What it costs

Bookr takes no payments. Customers pay you at the shop.
Clinics
Clinics are listed in a basic mode. There are no before and after photos and no comparison claims, and staff profiles and prices of medical services stay off. Clinic reviews are off or limited to the visit experience (cleanliness, waiting time, front desk) until the lawyer clears the rules.
Clinic listings follow the advertising rules for medical services. This part is pending lawyer review and may change.
Questions
Am I listed automatically?
No. You need a BookInChat account, and you must accept the listing policy before your shop appears.
Can I choose what customers see?
Yes. You choose what your listing shows, whether prices appear, and which staff are shown.
Can I stop being listed?
Yes. Hide your listing and it leaves the app straight away. You can show it again later.
Who answers chats from Bookr customers?
Your BookInChat AI receptionist answers first, and every AI message is labelled. Customers can say no to the AI and still book. Your staff can reply themselves at any time.
Does Bookr take payments or commission?
Bookr takes no payments in the app. Customers pay at your shop. For BookInChat pricing, see bookinchat.com.
What do customers share with my shop?
When a customer books or messages you, you see their name and phone number. The app tells them this before their first contact with your shop.
Can customers review my shop?
Salons can get reviews from customers who booked and visited. You can reply to a review and report it. Clinic reviews are off or limited to the visit experience (cleanliness, waiting time, front desk) until the lawyer clears the rules.
Is Bookr available in my area?
